Yes. Smart locks let you set temporary codes for guests, cleaners and trades, and remove them when they’re done, so you never have to hand over or collect a key.
Can I manage access when I’m not there?
Yes, with remote access you can issue and remove codes and keep an eye on who has come and gone, wherever you are.
What if the battery runs out or the power fails?
Smart locks are designed with backups for exactly this, such as battery warnings and a physical key override on most models. Doug will explain the backup options for the lock you choose.
Will a smart lock fit my existing door?
Often, yes. If your door isn’t suitable, Doug also does complete door replacement with smart-lock integration, so everything is sorted in one job.
Do you offer support after installation?
Yes. Ongoing technical support and maintenance are part of the service.
